::::: AFTER SALES SERVICES

Javed (Pvt) Ltd's responsibility does not end with the supply of equipment. We believe that highly specialized equipment and machinery need an equally specialized after market support to keep them running smoothly and to provide our Customer with the vital assurance of reliability and performance.

We have available the services of our qualified and factory trained engineers, at all of our three offices in Pakistan, who are always mobile, specially geared and dedicated to provide fast and effective response to individual customers.

::::: SPARE PARTS INVENTORY

We are maintaining a sizeable inventory of fast moving spare parts for the equipment already in operation with the various customers in Pakistan. If an emergency situation arises for a dedicated part required by any Customer, and is not available in our stock, we fly the same within 72 hours. 

::::: WORKS SHOP

We have a fully equipped workshop to cater the needs of all our equipments operating in various parts of the country. We also provide on site servicing with the help of our Service Teams available in Karachi, Lahore and Islamabad. Each engineer is trained according to a dedicated product to minimize the down time and avoid customer financial losses.
